How to Submit an Opt-Out Request
To opt out of the sale of your personal information, send us an email with the subject line “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” and include:

What Happens After You Submit a Request
Once we receive your opt-out request, we will:

- Send you a confirmation by email once your request has been processed.
Please note that opting out of the sale of your personal information does not delete the information we have already collected. To request deletion, please contact us separately at contact@smarter-senior.com.
Your Right to Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. This means we will not deny you access to our Service, charge you different prices, or provide a lower quality of service because you opted out of the sale of your personal information.
