By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

SmarterSenior is a free online matching service that connects seniors and their families with licensed professionals in the following areas:

- Bathroom Safety products and services
SmarterSenior is not an insurance company, insurance provider, or licensed insurance agency. We do not sell, underwrite, issue, or guarantee any insurance policy or financial product. All insurance products and other services described on this Site are offered exclusively by independent, licensed professionals.
2. How the Service Works
When you submit a request through our Site, you provide us with information about your needs. We share that information with one or more of our licensed matching partners who may be able to help you. A licensed professional may then contact you by phone or email to discuss your options.
Our Service is provided at no cost to you. We are compensated by our matching partners when we facilitate a connection.
You are under no obligation to accept any offer or purchase any product or service from any professional we connect you with.
